Orange-Spiced Nuts

almonds
cashews
orange zest
cinnamon
nutmeg
coconut oil
honey

This is a lousy excuse for instruction, I admit. But the amounts of everything depends on how much you're making, and since I don't know how much it was... you see the problem.  Bright side is, this would be a difficult recipe to mess up whatever proportions you add the ingredients in-- it's always going to turn out full of cinnamon and citrus, the perfect winter flavors.

Mix everything together in a shallow oven-safe dish, spread out in a single layer, and bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes.  When the nuts are fragrant without smelling burned and the liquid reduces in the bottom of the pan, you'll know it's done.
